BUT… WHY?
I create because it’s fun, challenging, and deeply satisfying when something finally works the way I want it to. I enjoy the mix of logic, creativity, and structure – taking a rough idea and shaping it into something both functional and well-designed. Whether it’s a spreadsheet, graphic design, or game strategy, I like seeing progress take shape and refining things until they feel right.
The design aspect is what usually pulls me in, because I love it when things look pretty. That said, I have a habit of overcomplicating projects until they spiral out of control, at which point they stop feeling like something I want to do and start feeling like something I have to do. That’s when I hit a fork in the road: abandon it or force myself to finish.
At its core, I create because I enjoy making pretty things and shaping them exactly how I want. There’s no pressure, no expectations – just the freedom to experiment. However, finishing something feels more like relief than victory. And once it’s done? I take a break, and before long, a new idea sparks… and the cycle starts all over again.
